You are not permitted to copy, reproduce, modify, transmit, post or distribute, whether electronically or otherwise, any material from the website. Any other use of the website material constitutes a breach of Wag & Me copyright and other proprietary rights.


By using this site You hereby exclude Wag & Me from all liability in respect of any injury, loss or damage arising out of, or related to the use, or inability to use, the information on this website or provided through this website through email. This limitation of liability includes, but is not limited to, compensatory, direct, indirect or consequential damages, interruption of business, loss of data, income or profit, loss of, or damage to property, injury to pets and third party claims.

The exclusion of liability also extends to use, non use, delivery & non delivery of goods or damage caused by the goods. This includes but is not limited to any indirect or consequential loss or damage whatsoever arising from such loss, damage or injury or from failure to deliver, delay in delivery, delivery error, misdelivery, use or no use, howsoever caused including but not limited to loss of income, profits, markets, customers, property, opportunity, reputation or goodwill.

Wag & Me do not provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, reliability, availability, suitability of any of the information and materials found or offered on this website. The use of the information on this website is at your own risk. Product images may not always be up to date or generic image may be used to illustrate product of multiple sizes or weights.

It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this website meet your specific requirements.

By using this site you also acknowledge that product pricing, product information and materials may contact inaccuracies or errors. Prices, inventory and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit sales, including also the right to refuse sales. Wag & Me does not guarantee that this site will be error free. You also acknowledge that placing an order does not guarantee supply of some or all of the goods ordered. Goods unable to be supplied will be refunded.


For an accurate delivery quote: place the items you wish to order in your shopping cart, proceed to the checkout or Shopping cart overview page. There is a ‘calculate shipping’ calculator under your selected products.
Simply enter the postcode or suburb of your shopping address and select the relevant location from the dropdown list that appears and click the ‘Go’ button. The shipping cost calculator will display the total cost for delivery to your selected postcode or suburb.

Your final shipping charges will be displayed in your checkout page before you proceed to payment so that you know exactly how much shipping will be. All prices are in Australian Dollars and freight costs are payable in addition to the product price.


Online orders will take 2-10 business days to arrive, depending on destination and shipping method. Metro orders are usually received within 5 working days and up to 10 days for regional and rural areas. Delivery times may be subject to stock availability and public holidays, as such receipt of orders may be extended.


Our products are made to the highest possible standard. If however the product that you bought directly from us (on our online store), is defective or damaged in transit, return the product within 30 days and (provided we agree that the product is damaged or defective) we will refund your original delivery charge or cover the costs of delivering any replacement product to you.

If there is a fault with the product, the fault must be deemed a manufacturers fault and not from general wear and tear, and unlikely to have occurred through abnormal use. If we agree that the product is faulty, we will, with your agreement, replace the product with an identical product. If we are unable to provide an identical product, we will, with your agreement, refund the purchase price (and delivery price, if any).

We may request photos to be emailed of faulty or damaged goods prior to a refund or exchange being made.

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched. Shipping charges on dispatched orders are the responsibility of the purchaser. Cancelled orders after dispatch or orders that cannot be delivered will only be refunded once all goods arrive back to our warehouse.


If you bought the product from a recommended retailer, you will need to contact them in the first instance and they will give you a replacement if it is deemed faulty. You will need to provide proof of purchase from that store.


All orders are in Australian Dollars. Payments can be made via Paypal, Visa or Mastercard.
